This program, “Time Blocking Mastery,” is designed to transform how you manage your time, ensuring you become incredibly productive and achieve your goals. It’s a comprehensive 12-week training that teaches you the skill of time blocking and helps you build it into a lasting habit. This isn’t just about learning; it’s about making a lifelong change in how you approach your time.
✅ How Time Blocking Mastery Works
Time Blocking Mastery is a continuous 12-week program divided into two main parts:
✅ Part 1: The Foundation Series (9 Modules)
The first part, the Foundation Series, consists of 9 video modules. These modules come with supporting materials like action guides and scripts, providing you with everything you need to start time blocking effectively.
- Module 01: Welcome to Time Blocking Mastery!
This introductory module helps you navigate the training, find support, and set yourself up for extraordinary results, even if you’ve struggled with time management before. It lays the groundwork for mastering time blocking.
- Module 02: Goal Setting to the Now
Learn how to clearly define your big, ambitious goals and then break them down into practical, daily steps you can take right away.
- Module 03: The 4 Lies
Discover why long to-do lists are actually counterproductive. You’ll learn how to transform your endless to-do list into a more focused and effective “success list.” This module also reveals the biggest productivity killer related to multitasking (and it’s not what you think!).
- Module 04: The Focusing Question
Develop a unique statement that will consistently keep you focused and on track, even if you tend to get easily distracted.
- Module 05: The 7 Circles
Apply a powerful focusing question to different areas of your life to ensure you’re always moving towards your definition of success – whether that’s more money, better health, or stronger relationships. This single question will help you reach your specific goals.
- Module 06: Time Blocking
Learn the core techniques of effective time management, so you’re not overwhelmed when multiple tasks or demands come your way.
- Module 07: Implementing Your Time Block
This module helps you put everything you’ve learned into practice, providing the specific details and strategies needed to consistently stick to your time blocking every day.
- Module 08: Time Blocking Challenges
Learn how to overcome common challenges that arise during time blocking. You’ll also discover how to remain strong and stress-free daily, even when you feel like you’re in a chaotic and busy world.
- Module 09: Your ONE Thing
The final module of the Foundation Series shows you how to supercharge your time blocking efforts. It brings everything together by helping you identify your “big why,” which will keep you motivated and clear on your direction, even if your ultimate path isn’t fully defined yet.
By the end of the Foundation Series, you will have all the knowledge needed to start time blocking and become a master of your time.
✅ Part 2: The 10-Week Accountability Series
After completing the first two weeks of the Foundation Series, you’ll move on to the 10-week Accountability Series. This part is crucial because research shows it takes about 66 days to form a new habit. The Accountability Series provides the ongoing support you need to complete your own 66 Day Challenge® and make time blocking a lasting habit.
During this 10-week period, you will receive a weekly accountability video. These videos will answer your questions, address your concerns, and provide new insights to help you overcome specific challenges you might encounter as you master your time blocking skills. We’ve anticipated these challenges based on our experience with previous groups.
Even if you can only dedicate a few minutes a day to time blocking, you’ll be amazed at the progress you make by the end of the training.

The Accountability Series videos will guide and support you, covering topics such as:
- Picking Your “One Thing”: Get help narrowing down your focus to your most important task, even when you have many things you want to achieve.
- Getting Back on Track: Learn what to do if you miss a day or break your time blocking streak. The 66 Day Challenge® works best with daily practice, and we’ll coach you through any slip-ups so you don’t get discouraged.
- Creating Small, Daily Wins: Discover how to make consistent progress, even if you only have 15 minutes a day. Mastering your time isn’t about long, grueling hours; it’s about creating consistent, productive time blocks that lead to daily progress toward any long-term goal.
